KAJIAN MUSIKOLOGIS MUSIK PUNKLUNG BERJUDUL “BANGKIT KAWAN”
Abstract
The development of music using bamboo instruments increasingly varied medium. Calung itself is one of the instruments created from bamboo. Calung commonly played by young men interrupted work repel birds and pests in the fields, calung also used for the ceremony praised the Dewi Sri. In today's world of bamboo musical change shape, which was originally played with tarawangsa, is now played by collaborative concept by blending sounds calung with western music genres, one of which Punk. Punklung music group which has headquarters in Cicalengka adopts the concept of punk music in the mix with bamboo instruments that calung, so the name Punk and calung united into Punklung. Punk music itself has high ideals with protest, satirical lyrics often political, social, and resistance. Punk concept is used as an expression Punklung Group. The method used in this study is qualitative, with a secondary source and reference litelatur song. This study aimed to get a form of music that the group worked with analysis one of his works titled "Bangkit Kawan". The approach used by the study of musicology, analysis of the melody and chord harmonies used. Using science theory and analysis Harmoni.
